Cloud service selection is not without risk. When you decide to contract for a specific cloud service, your organisation becomes operationally dependent upon the CSP. You will want to exercise caution, especially for critical, sensitive operations. Additionally, service purchasers are often not the actual service users, and users are not usually responsible for integrating and managing the service.This further complicates the process. The Cloud Decision Framework can address these issues by providing an objective structure for evaluating diverse decision criteria that impact the spectrum of stakeholder requirements.
