Why todays phishing attacks are harder to detect

How proofpoint can help

The threats most difficult to detect , and perhaps the most damaging, often do not contain a malicious payload or leave obvious signs of compromise . None identifies todays threats better than we do, because we recognized that they do not always start with malware.

We inspect the entire attack , chain looking at and beyond IP addresses, domains, and network artifacts. We study malware behavior to learn as much as possible about attacker tradecraft- making the next attack easier to catch.
